Refund Policy

No refund requests are accepted. In the event of failed renewal that we are not able to process, a 100% refund is eligible.

Cancellation of Renewal

Once payment is made, no cancellation requests are accepted. All orders will be processed accordingly.

Pricing / Fees

By making a payment on our website, you have agreed to our prices listed on website. You shall verify the prices clearly before making any payment. You are responsible for any payment that has been made thru this portal and the payment are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under the Refund Policy. In the event of an available compound due to late renewal and the option to clear compounds is not checked, you shall assume the responsibility to clear the compound on your own upon receiving the letter via email (after successful renewal)

You may access this from OS-Renew for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

The renewal certificate will be provided to you via email and information are provided "as is" based on records that are in Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature. The information such as business address, business nature, owners particulars stipulated in the Business Renewal Certificate and Business Information are "as is". Any changes to these information shall be a responsibility of the business owner to submit to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) to maintain latest records.

You will not hold us and our officers, directors, employees and agents responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential or incidental damage, however it arises (including attorney fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted). Where liability is applicable, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product(s) and/or service(s). This website is not owned or maintained by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of use and agree to be bound by them. By making a payment on our website, you have also agreed to appoint OS-Renew as person responsible to submit for renewal of business certificate.

This website is a platform for the convenience of renewal of Business by a network of runners with the following value added service that is not offered by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM):

  • new certificate will be delivered to you via email
  • unlimited request for certificate again if you have lost it
  • automated reminder 1 month before your next due date; and
  • fast email response within 2 hours.
